• প্রশাসনিক বা নেতৃত্বমূলক পদে (Vice Principal/Coordinator/Section Head) কমপক্ষে ২–৫ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা।
Responsibilities & Context:
অধ্যক্ষ স্কুলের সর্বোচ্চ প্রশাসনিক ও একাডেমিক প্রধান হিসেবে দায়িত্ব পালন করবেন। তিনি বিদ্যালয়ের সামগ্রিক শিক্ষা কার্যক্রম, প্রশাসনিক ব্যবস্থাপনা এবং মানসম্মত ইংরেজি মাধ্যম শিক্ষার পরিবেশ নিশ্চিত করবেন। শিক্ষার মান উন্নয়ন, শিক্ষক-শিক্ষার্থী ব্যবস্থাপনা এবং প্রতিষ্ঠানের সার্বিক উন্নয়নে নেতৃত্ব প্রদান করবেন।
