• Manage the company's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Reply to comments, messages, and student inquiries professionally and promptly.

• Present the company's services and study abroad opportunities through promotional videos and live sessions.

• Conduct face-to-face counselling sessions with students and guardians.

• Explain admission requirements, university options, tuition fees, scholarships, visa procedures, and application processes.

• Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.

• Assist students in selecting suitable universities and study destinations.

• Coordinate with the admission team to ensure smooth application processing.

• Create engaging social media content to increase brand awareness.

• Participate in education fairs, seminars, workshops, and promotional campaigns.

• Maintain accurate records of student enquiries and counselling activities.

• Achieve monthly counselling and marketing targets.
