Diploma or Degree in Photography, Media Visual Communication, Graphics design will be given preference.
2-3 years of hands-on experience in photography, videography, or media production

Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
Proficiency in Graphics Design, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom).
Familiarity with DSLR/mirror less cameras, lighting, and audio gear.
Strong communication skills (Both Bangla and English)
Proficiency in MS office
Ability to make draft of press release for media
Attention to detail and time management.
Team-oriented and proactive in communication.

Job Responsibilities
Photography & Videography
To capture professional photos and videos of events organized by different institutions.
To set up lighting, backdrops, and camera equipment for shoots.
To support live event coverage and media production on-site.
To archive all photos and videos for future use
Post-Production
To edit photos and videos for use in social media, websites, campaigns, and presentations.
To apply branding guidelines to all content (logos, color schemes, tone).
To optimize files for different platforms (web, print, mobile).
Graphics Design/Printing etc:
To make all kinds of Graphics Design, Newspaper, Magazine Ad design
To generate innovative ideas and concepts of various promotional tools
To develop print layout as per advice of supervisor
To Collect quotation from different vendors for printing
To making CS for printing item for final process
To follow up and ensure the best printing output
Media Content Management
To maintain a content calendar in collaboration with the superior assigned for PR.
To edit the photograph etc for website, social media etc
To maintain photography and videography equipment.
To stay updated with trends and new tools in media production.
To execute any other duties assigned by the authority
