Responsibilities & Context:
Plan and deliver engaging English lessons in accordance with the curriculum.
Teach English grammar, literature, reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and examination materials.
Assess students' performance through tests, assignments, and classroom activities.
Encourage students to improve their communication and critical thinking skills.
Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment.
Provide academic guidance and individual support to students as needed.
Monitor student progress and communicate regularly with parents or guardians.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school/college events.
Use modern teaching methods and educational technology to enhance learning.
Maintain accurate attendance, academic records, and assessment reports.
Perform other academic and administrative duties assigned by the institution.
