Meet with clients to define project scope, objectives, and challenges.
Conduct research, interviews, surveys, and data analysis to identify root causes.
Develop evidence-based strategies, models, and practical recommendations.
Prepare clear reports and deliver presentations to client leadership.
Guide implementation of agreed solutions and monitor progress.
Facilitate workshops and provide training or coaching to staff. [
