Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking a smart, friendly, and confident female individual to join our team as a Student Counselor. In this role, you will be the bridge between a student’s dreams and their international education reality, specializing in destinations like Malaysia, the UK, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Europe, and others.
Student Counseling & Conversion: Expertly guide "walk-in" students and inquiries, turning their interest into successful visa applications through persuasive and empathetic counseling.
End-to-End Case Management: Manage student journeys from the first phone call or social media through to file submission and visa approval.
