Job Title: Senior Student Counselor (Study Abroad)

We are seeking a smart, friendly, and confident individual to join our team as a Student Counselor. In this role, you will be the bridge between a student’s dreams and their international education reality, specializing in destinations like Malaysia, the UK, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Student Counseling & Conversion: Expertly guide "walk-in" students and inquiries, turning their interest into successful visa applications through persuasive and empathetic counseling.

• End-to-End Case Management: Manage student journeys from the first phone call or social media DM through to file submission and visa approval.

• Admissions & Visa Expertise: Stay up-to-date with international admission requirements and complex visa documentation processes for multiple regions.

• Digital Engagement: Actively engage with prospective students via social media platforms and follow-up calls to maintain a healthy pipeline.

• Marketing & Events: Represent the company at education fairs, contribute to study-abroad marketing initiatives, and participate in promotional videos/content.

• Reporting: Support the management team with regular updates, conversion reports, and market insights.
