Responsibilities & Context:
Implement and uphold academic policies and procedures for smooth school operations.
Monitor academic performance and support teachers in ensuring student success.
Coordinate with the management team on budgeting, resource allocation, and facility planning.
Uphold and promote the Islamic ethos and the mission of AEA.
Supervise curriculum delivery aligned with Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE) standards.
Guide, evaluate, and train teaching staff, especially new recruits, ensuring effective classroom practices.
Lead academic planning, including session plans, lesson plans, routines, syllabi, and teaching materials.
Conduct regular teacher performance evaluations and classroom observations.
Oversee student and staff discipline in accordance with school policies.
Support strategic initiatives such as admission planning and community outreach.
