Experience:
Previous experience in a Call Center, Customer Service, Telemarketing, or Student Consultancy environment will be given high preference.
Strong communication and convincing skills over phone calls.
Ability to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Experience in lead generation, follow-up calls, and appointment scheduling.
Capable of maintaining positive relationships with prospective students and clients.
Good listening skills with the ability to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Comfortable working with CRM software, call logs, and customer databases.
Ability to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
Strong objection-handling and problem-solving abilities.
Fluent in both Bangla and English communication (spoken and written).
Candidates with proven call center performance records and customer handling experience will be prioritized.
Experience in education consultancy, study abroad services, or student counseling support will be considered an added advantage.
Note: Candidates with prior Call Center experience will receive strong preference during the recruitment process.
