• Strong communication Skills in English & Bangla

• Good knowledge of MS Office, Email, and online applications

• Good listening skills with the ability to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

• Comfortable working with CRM software, call logs, and customer databases.

  Counsel students regarding study abroad opportunities, courses, universities, and admission requirements.

  Understand students’ academic backgrounds, career goals, and recommend suitable study destinations and programs.

  Handle student inquiries through phone calls, messages, social media, and face-to-face meetings.

  Guide students throughout the admission and application process.

  Assist students with document preparation, application submission, and follow-up.

  Coordinate with universities, admission teams, and relevant partners regarding student applications.

  Provide accurate information about tuition fees, scholarships, visa requirements, and admission procedures.

  Maintain regular communication and follow-up with prospective and existing students.

  Achieve monthly student counseling, application, and admission targets.

  Maintain proper records and update student information in the company database/CRM.
