Key Responsibilities

·        Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses

·        Supervise student research projects and theses

·        Contribute to curriculum development and academic quality assurance

·        Engage in research and scholarly publications

·        Participate in academic committees and institutional activities

·        Support accreditation, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives

Eligibility Criteria

Professor

·        PhD in the relevant discipline from a recognized university (mandatory)

·        Minimum 12 years of teaching and/or research experience at university level, including at least 5 years as Associate Professor

·        Required number of UGC-recognized research publications

·        Proven experience in teaching, research supervision, curriculum development, and academic leadership

Associate Professor

·        PhD in the relevant discipline from a recognized university
OR

·        MPhil or equivalent degree in the relevant discipline, acceptable under UGC guidelines

·        Minimum 7 years (for PhD holders) or 8 years (for MPhil holders) of teaching and/or research experience at university level, including at least 3 years as Assistant Professor, as per UGC guidelines

·        Required number of UGC-recognized research publications

·        Active involvement in teaching, research, and academic development
