• Provide professional Canada student counselling, assess student profiles, and recommend suitable universities, colleges, programs, and study pathways based on academic, financial, and career goals.

• Handle the complete student admission and visa process, including application preparation, documentation, SOP/Study Plan, financial documents, Study Permit requirements, submission, and follow-up.

• Counsel students and parents regarding admission requirements, tuition fees, intakes, scholarships, Study Permit procedures, and post-study opportunities in Canada.

• Manage student enquiries, conduct regular follow-ups and lead conversions, maintain strong client relationships, and provide timely updates throughout the application process.

• Coordinate with Canadian universities, colleges, and education partners regarding applications, admissions, student queries, and partnership development.

• Maintain accurate student records, CRM updates, application documentation, compliance requirements, and daily/weekly/monthly/yearly operational reports.

• Support the management in achieving student recruitment targets, handling visa refusal cases, developing new institutional opportunities, and ensuring smooth and professional operations within the team.
