Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in academic/program management and CELTA is mandatoryExperience in IELTS, TOEFL, SAT,GMAT,GRE or English Language programsStrong experience in teacher management and course developmentExcellent leadership, communication and organizational skillsExperience in EdTech, education or language training is preferred
Responsibilities & Context:
Manage and develop English language and admission related courses
Recruit, manage and evaluate teachers
Design and improve courses, curriculum and academic programs
Prepare class routines, batch schedules and academic plans
Monitor academic quality and student performance
Work with the marketing team to plan course offers and campaigns
Lead academic operations and drive continuous improvement
