Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct IELTS classes, evaluate students' scripts, administer mock tests, and provide one-to-one support sessions to improve student performance.
Contact and counsel prospective students regarding online and offline IELTS preparation courses.
Provide detailed information about course structures, schedules, fees, and the benefits of each program.
Guide and support students throughout the admission process, ensuring timely submission of all required documents.
Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, enrollments, admissions, and compliance-related documentation.
Ensure all IELTS-related policies, procedures, and compliance requirements are properly followed.
Coordinate with the academic and operations teams to ensure smooth class scheduling and effective course delivery.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students to maximize enrollment conversion rates.
Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports on student inquiries, calls, follow-ups, and admissions performance.
