Responsibilities & Context:
Connect with prospective students over calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media to walk them through exciting study opportunities in the UK.
Explain the value of UK university programmes and support services in a simple, relatable way that helps students feel confident about their choices.
Guide students through the full admissions journey: from checking eligibility to helping with documents and getting interview-ready.
Respond thoroughly to enquiries and leads, making sure no student is left waiting for answers.
Keep interactions, follow-ups, and conversions neatly logged in the CRM so nothing falls through the cracks.
Work towards weekly and monthly targets by staying consistent and proactive in your outreach.
Build genuine, lasting relationships with clients: both new and existing, and keep their records up to date.
Grow a strong referral network by connecting with community agents, influencers, and local organisations.
Support clients with their paperwork, making sure everything is accurate and submitted on time.
Comfortably juggle multiple tasks and manage the end-to-end admission process with ease.
Bring a detail-oriented mindset along with solid organisational and record-keeping skills.
