Responsibilities & Context:
  • Engage with prospective students through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media platforms to present available opportunities.

  • Clearly communicate the value of UK university programmes and the comprehensive support services offered.

  • Manage the full admissions lifecycle, including eligibility assessment, documentation guidance, and interview preparation.

  • Handle inbound enquiries and leads, ensuring timely follow-up and effective conversion.

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and conversions within the CRM system.

  • Achieve weekly and monthly recruitment targets through structured outreach and consistent engagement.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients and regularly update client records.

  • Build referral pipelines through collaboration with community agents, influencers, and local organisations.

  • Assist clients with documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle the end-to-end admission process efficiently.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and record-keeping skills.
