Job Responsibilities
Assist the Registrar in overall academic and administrative management
Implement university statutes, ordinances, rules, and regulations
Coordinate academic records, faculty affairs, and administrative documentation
Prepare and maintain official notices, circulars, reports, and correspondence
Support admission, examination, convocation, and academic council activities
Maintain personnel records and official files
Liaise with academic departments, offices, and regulatory bodies (UGC, etc.)
Supervise administrative staff and ensure smooth office operations
Ensure compliance with university policies and regulatory guidelines
Perform any other duties assigned by the university authority
