Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee daily operations of the travel agency and supervise the team.
Manage and monitor visa application processes (Work, Student, Tourist Visas).
Coordinate with international agents, embassies, and airlines.
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for business growth.
Handle client complaints, special cases, and escalations professionally.
Monitor targets and lead performance reviews of sales & counseling teams.
Guide junior officers and ensure customer satisfaction at all levels.
Maintain operational records, financial reports, and daily performance tracking.
Assist the management in making decisions regarding service upgrades and business expansion
