Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the daily operations of nationwide retail stores, ensuring standardized processes and consistent execution.

• Establish performance monitoring mechanisms to improve store efficiency and customer experience.

• Drive customer engagement from online to offline touchpoints, enhancing conversion and brand presence.

• Build training systems to strengthen retail staff capabilities and sales effectiveness.

• Provide data-driven insights and solutions to optimize overall retail performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align retail execution with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, or related field.

• 5+ years of proven experience in retail operations management, preferably in consumer electronics, automotive/e-mobility, or FMCG.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience overseeing multiple retail outlets.

• Solid understanding of retail operations, performance tracking, and staff training.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
