• HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) will be an advantage.

• Sound knowledge of labor law and hospital HR policies.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Unique Hospital is expanding its Human Resources Department and is looking for a qualified HR Specialist who can effectively manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.

Job Responsibilities :

• Manage talent acquisition and full-cycle recruitment.

• Conduct onboarding and strategic training programs.

• Handle employee relations, engagement, and policy management.

• Coordinate payroll and employee benefits administration.

• Manage performance evaluation and career development initiatives.
