We are looking for a highly analytical, technology-driven, and proactive Digital Monitoring Manager to oversee the company's digital presence, monitor online performance, analyze digital campaigns, safeguard brand reputation, and provide actionable insights to support business growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage digital monitoring systems across the Group's various business units.

• Monitor operational activities through digital platforms, dashboards, CCTV systems, GPS tracking systems, ERP software, and other monitoring tools.

• Analyze operational data and identify trends, anomalies, inefficiencies, and compliance issues.

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc monitoring reports to Management.

• Monitor branch, department, and employee performance through digital reporting systems and provide actionable recommendations.

• Coordinate with department heads to ensure timely resolution of identified issues and discrepancies.

• Conduct digital audits and operational reviews to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

• Monitor transportation operations, fleet movements, attendance systems, and service delivery through digital platforms where applicable.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of existing monitoring systems and recommend process improvements.

• Ensure the security, accuracy, and confidentiality of monitored data and reports.

• Collaborate with IT and Operations teams to enhance automation, reporting, and monitoring capabilities.

• Investigate operational irregularities, unauthorized activities, and policy violations and report findings to Management.

• Support senior management with business intelligence, performance analysis, and decision-making reports.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.
