Education:
Candidates who have at least second class/CGPA-2.75 or equivalent in Master's degree from any recognized university/institution with satisfactory completion of 1 year of service in the respective fields.
Proficiency in English and computer literacy with high-speed typing capacity, both in Bengali & English is a must.
Experienced candidates will be given preference.

Job Description / Responsibilities:
Assist in coordinating academic activities of the University, including course schedules and academic calendars.
Prepare and maintain academic records, student registration, transcripts, and grading documentation.
Support the Registrar in ensuring compliance with University Grants Commission (UGC) regulations and other statutory bodies.
Draft and issue academic notices, circulars, and official correspondence related to academic matters.
Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas, minutes, and documentation for Academic Council and other committees.
Provide administrative support to Deans, Heads of Departments, and Faculty Members in academic matters.
Facilitate communication between students, faculty, and administration regarding academic policies and procedures.
Assist in the development and implementation of academic rules, regulations, and guidelines.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling student and faculty information.
Perform any other academic or administrative duties assigned by the Registrar and higher authorities.
