Education:

Job Description / Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring Human Resource policies, procedures, and administrative functions.
Coordinate recruitment and selection processes, including vacancy announcements, screening, interviews, appointment, promotion, confirmation, transfer, and resignation procedures.
Maintain employee personal files, service records, leave records, and HR database with accuracy and confidentiality.
Prepare appointment letters, office orders, notices, memoranda, contracts, and other HR-related documents.
Ensure compliance with the Private University Act, University Grants Commission (UGC) guidelines, Bangladesh Labour Act (where applicable), and university policies.
Coordinate employee performance appraisal, probation, confirmation, promotion, and annual increment processes.
Assist in disciplinary proceedings, employee grievance handling, and other employee relations matters.
Organize orientation, training, workshops, and staff development programmes.
Prepare HR reports, statistical data, and presentations for the University Authority.
Coordinate with various academic and administrative departments regarding HR matters.
Perform any other duties assigned by the University Authority from time to time.
