The Role

You will help build and manage Estavin’s government and institutional procurement

platform, with responsibility for identifying opportunities, evaluating tenders and

coordinating competitive, compliant submissions.

What You’ll Do

• Identify suitable government and institutional procurement opportunities.
• Monitor e-GP and other relevant procurement channels.
• Evaluate qualification criteria, specifications and commercial requirements.
• Lead preparation and submission of compliant tender packages.
• Coordinate technical, financial and administrative documentation.
• Review BOQs, specifications and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and professional partners.
• Obtain and evaluate competitive quotations.
• Develop tender costing and pricing analyses.
• Coordinate bid securities, performance guarantees and related instruments.
• Maintain disciplined tender calendars and submission controls.
• Support post-award contract administration and compliance.
• Maintain procurement records, performance data and management reporting.
• Continuously improve Estavin’s tendering systems and processes.
