• Diploma in Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc)

• Master of Science (MSc)

Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and select potential telecom and civil project sites according to the locations provided by main contractors.

• Communicate and negotiate with landowners, local leaders, and community stakeholders to finalize site selection.

• Verify landowner deeds, property documents, and land ownership status to ensure legal clearance.

• Review basic layout drawings and site designs to check feasibility.

• Handle site documentation, agreements, and maintain coordination reports with management and main contractors.

• Manage day-to-day field visits and maintain good rapport with local stakeholders.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (Honours) or Master’s Degree from any reputed university in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of working experience in site acquisition, field coordination, or related fields, preferably within telecom or civil construction sectors.

Additional Requirements:

• Age: 25 to 32 years.

• Must be punctual in daily prayers (Namazi) and possess high moral integrity.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Must be energetic, proactive, and willing to travel frequently for field visits.
