Responsibilities & Context:
Responsible for overseeing the overall operations of Margarita Lounge, including restaurant, bar, and lounge services. The position requires strong leadership to manage staff, ensure excellent guest experiences, monitor sales and inventory, maintain service and hygiene standards, resolve operational issues, and ensure smooth coordination among all departments.
Manage day-to-day restaurant, bar, and lounge operations.
Supervise, guide, and motivate all service and bar staff.
Ensure high-quality customer service and guest satisfaction.
Monitor sales, daily revenue, expenses, and inventory.
Maintain proper stock levels of food, beverages, and bar supplies.
Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues professionally.
Prepare staff schedules, duty rosters, and shift assignments.
Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, safety, and workplace standards are maintained.
Coordinate with kitchen, bar, service, security, and housekeeping teams.
Monitor staff attendance, discipline, grooming, and performance.
Support promotional activities and initiatives to increase sales.
Prepare daily operational reports for management.
