• Manage end-to-end cafeteria and catering operations in strict accordance with hospital hygiene, clinical dietary, and food safety standards.

• Supervise kitchen personnel, service staff, baristas, and cleaners, ensuring prompt service and high standards of cleanliness.

• Coordinate with the hospital’s clinical nutritionists and dietitians to ensure therapeutic meals for in-patients are prepared accurately and delivered on time.

• Oversee procurement, inventory management, store requisitions, and minimize food wastage through proper portion control and stock rotation (FIFO).

• Manage daily financial reconciliations, billing counters, cash/card transactions, and prepare weekly/monthly sales and expense reports.

• Handle customer complaints or feedback from attendants, doctors, and staff courteously, implementing immediate corrective measures.

• Maintain strict maintenance and sanitation schedules for all food prep areas, refrigeration units, cooking gear, and dining spaces.
