Responsibilities & Context:

Strategic HR & Organizational Development:

  • Formulate, implement, and oversee comprehensive HR strategies that align with the hospital’s long-term vision and operational goals.

  • Foster a positive and productive workplace culture by applying modern organizational behavior principles to improve employee engagement and retention.

  • Spearhead HR-driven Total Quality Management (TQM) initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement in staff efficiency and service delivery.

Performance Management & Reporting:

  • Design, implement, and monitor a robust Performance Appraisal System (KPIs) for both clinical and non-clinical staff.

  • Develop and present comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly management reports regarding HR metrics, employee performance, and attendance.

Talent Acquisition & Training:

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for all levels of hospital staff, including specialized doctors, nurses, and administrative personnel.

  • Identify training needs across departments and organize continuous professional development (CME/CNE) and soft-skills training programs.

Operations & Compliance:

  • Ensure strict compliance with the Bangladesh Labor Law and other relevant regulatory guidelines regarding employment, safety, and workplace environment.

  • Efficiently handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions in a fair and transparent manner.

  • Oversee daily HR operations, payroll processing coordination, leave management, and optimal manpower planning/rostering.
