Experience:
B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from any reputed public or recognized private university having Professional membership of IEB
Minimum 10 years of active experience in large-scale building construction.
Must-Have: Proven track record of successfully managing and completing at least one or two high-rise building projects (20+ stories) from foundation (including deep piling/basement) to finishing.
Experience in hospital infrastructure or specialized commercial high-rise projects will be considered a significant advantage.

Age: 38 to 55 years (Flexible for highly experienced candidates).
Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
In-depth knowledge of modern construction materials, structural engineering practices, and high-rise MEP systems.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and AutoCAD.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Bengali.
Project Oversight: Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of the 22-storied building project, ensuring adherence to structural designs, architectural blueprints, and timeline milestones.
Supervision & Quality Control: Supervise consultancy firms, contractors, and sub-contractors. Maintain strict quality control for all civil, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), and structural works.
Budget & Cost Management: Monitor project budgetary allocations, verify contractor bills, optimize resource utilization, and minimize cost overruns in coordination with the management/finance team.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all construction activities comply with CDA (Chittagong Development Authority), CCC, Fire Service, Department of Environment, and BNBC guidelines.
Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive weekly/monthly progress reports, variance analyses, and milestone updates to the Board of Directors/Top Management.
Safety Management: Implement and enforce strict occupational health and safety (OHS) standards on the construction site.
