Experience:

• 5 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer

• Bachelor/Honors

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in any field

• For Army background H.S.C also be considered

• 5 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer

• Age 35 to 45 years

• 5 to 10 years of security management; preferably with at least 3 years directly in the real estate sector

• Oversee on-site security guards, assign shifts, and evaluate performance.

• Contract and coordinate with external private security agencies.

• Identify vulnerable points across various real estate projects and take necessary measures.

• Liaise with Government officials for water, electricity, sewage, gas connections.

• Help for utility bills collection, payment and settlement of the service related works.

• Maintain active relationships with local police and Thana to handle trespassing, vandalism, or local disturbances and others swiftly.

• Ability to defuse tense situations on-site.

• Existing relation or the ability to build quick networks within government departments.
