Responsibilities & Context:
Set and achieve sales, revenue, profitability, and operational targets.
Oversee overall business operations, including sales, marketing, service, and business development.
Manage vehicle and spare-parts sales, dealer relationships, customer service, and market development.
Take overall responsibility for factory operations, including production, manufacturing, assembly, and daily plant activities.
Ensure efficient production planning, timely output, quality control, and proper use of manpower and resources.
Monitor production costs, productivity, machinery, materials, and factory maintenance.
Oversee procurement, inventory, logistics, warehousing, and stock management.
Ensure availability of spare parts and effective warranty and after-sales service.
Monitor departmental performance and KPIs and take corrective actions when required.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, company policies, and applicable regulations.
Identify new markets, partnerships, products, and business opportunities for growth.
Prepare regular operational and performance reports for the Managing Director/Top Management.
Lead and coordinate different departments to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
