Experience:
Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Public Administration, International Relations, Law, Development Studies, or a relevant discipline.
Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in a trade association, chamber, business organization, investment promotion agency, economic zone, corporate affairs, government liaison, or related field.
Strong understanding of Bangladesh's investment climate, economic zones, business regulations, and public-private sector engagement.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bangla.
Strong skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, and Internet applications.
Excellent documentation, filing, and record-management skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Good interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to prepare professional letters, reports, presentations, and meeting documents.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate day-to-day office activities of the BEZIA Secretariat, ensuring smooth administrative operations.
Prepare official letters, notices, reports, meeting documents, and other correspondence as required.
Assist in preparing notices, agendas, and supporting documents for Executive Committee/Board meetings.
Prepare and maintain meeting minutes and ensure follow-up on decisions and action points.
Maintain regular communication and coordination with Association members.
Maintain membership databases, records, files, and other official documentation in an organized manner.
Assist in communication and coordination with government ministries, departments, regulatory authorities, business associations, and other relevant stakeholders.
Support the organization of seminars, conferences, workshops, meetings, training programs, and other Association events.
Manage official emails, telephone communications, and other correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
Collect, organize, and maintain important information, circulars, policies, and updates related to the Economic Zones stakeholders.
Assist in maintaining and updating the Association’s website and social media platforms.
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive organizational and member-related information at all times.
Perform any other duties assigned by the President, Secretary General/Executive Director, or Executive Committee.
