Responsibilities & Context:

Marketing Specialist – BTL & Offline Marketing

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Research & Consumer Insights

·       Conduct in-depth field research across retail stores, residential communities, commercial facilities, and industrial sites to understand customer needs and market trends.

·       Analyze electricity consumption behaviors, customer pain points, purchasing drivers, and market opportunities.

·       Monitor competitor activities, product positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.

·       Prepare market intelligence reports and actionable consumer insight recommendations to support business growth.

2. BTL Campaign Planning & Execution

·       Plan, organize, and execute offline marketing campaigns, roadshows, exhibitions, trade fairs, dealer events, product launches, and promotional activities.

·       Coordinate with sales teams and channel partners to ensure effective campaign implementation.

·       Manage event logistics, vendor coordination, venue setup, and on-site operations.

·       Ensure a consistent and professional brand experience across all customer touchpoints.

3. Content Collection & Event Documentation

·       Capture high-quality photos and videos during events, exhibitions, customer visits, and promotional activities.

·       Build and maintain a library of marketing assets for future promotional use.

·       Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to create compelling visual content.

·       Document event outcomes and prepare post-event reports.

 

 

 

4. Offline Branding & Marketing Materials Management

·       Develop and manage offline marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, posters, standees, merchandise, and point-of-sale (POS) materials.

·       Coordinate production, printing, distribution, and installation of branding materials.

·       Ensure consistent brand identity and visual standards across retail outlets, dealerships, exhibitions, and promotional sites.

·       Monitor branding visibility and effectiveness at all points of sale.

5. Channel & Trade Marketing Support

·       Support distributors, dealers, and channel partners with localized marketing activities.

·       Assist in the development of trade marketing programs to improve brand awareness and customer engagement.

·       Conduct regular market visits to evaluate branding compliance and campaign performance.

·       Gather feedback from partners and customers to improve future marketing initiatives.

6. Performance Tracking & Reporting

·       Track and evaluate the effectiveness of offline marketing campaigns and events.

·       Measure key performance indicators such as lead generation, customer engagement, event attendance, and brand exposure.

·       Prepare regular reports on campaign results, market findings, and competitive analysis.

·       Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of BTL marketing activities.

Qualifications

·       Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

·       2–5 years of experience in BTL marketing, trade marketing, field marketing, event management, or offline brand promotion.

·       Experience in renewable energy, solar, electrical, consumer electronics, building materials, or related industries is preferred.

·       Strong project management and event coordination skills.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing reporting tools.

·       Ability to travel frequently for field visits, exhibitions, and promotional events.
