• Self-motivated working team player and able to work under pressure.

• Experience with similar products will be considered an advantage.

• Must be knowledgeable of Product costing

• Must be capable to handle buyers independently in tremendous pressure with aggressive marketing attitude.

• Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English.

• Strong presentation and delivery skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers and retain existing clients to drive sales growth.

• Identify potential customers and ensure the database is regularly updated for effective communication.

• Facilitate increased sales revenue alongside heightened levels of client satisfaction.

• Support the implementation of sales promotional plans for our products to enhance both brand and product visibility.

• Prepare the reports (e.g. Sales report, Sales Forecast, Target vs. achievement, etc.) and submit it to Head of Business Development Management on a regular basis.

• Acquire product knowledge on own products and competitor's products, prices, features and promotional activities regularly to get a better understanding of the existing market.

• Mobile Bill.

• Salary Review: Yearly.

• Festival Bonus: 2

• Ration KPI based on work efficiency.

• Salary is paid on 3rd to 5th day of every month
