* Skills: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and persuasion skills to convince corporate and commercial clients.

* Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients, pitch central air conditioning solutions, and close high-value HVAC supply and installation projects.

* Technical Proposal Creation: Prepare accurate technical and financial offers for supply, installation, and long-term Maintenance Service Contracts (AMC).

* Pipeline Management: Follow up rigorously with leads, manage client relationships, and track project status.

* Lifecycle Tracking: Monitor existing installations to identify when project free-service periods are expiring and pitch post-warranty maintenance contracts.

* Inter-Departmental Coordination: Act as a bridge to assist the Project and Maintenance departments to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.

* Principal Liaison: Coordinate directly with global principal manufacturers regarding product specifications, ordering, and technical support.

* Sales Target: Must have the ability to meet sales target.
