We are a premier HVAC solutions provider and authorized distributor for leading brands such as Hisense. We specialize in the import, distribution, and installation of central air conditioning systems for commercial and residential clients. We are currently looking for a dynamic, hands-on Electrical Engineer to lead and manage our growing Service and Maintenance department.

## Job Overview

In this multifaceted role, you will be the backbone of our HVAC service operations. You will balance technical troubleshooting, team and project management, and client relationship building. You must be prepared to roll up your sleeves for field maintenance work while ensuring smooth office operations and client satisfaction.

## Key Responsibilities:

Service & Maintenance Management

• Oversee the daily operations of the HVAC service and maintenance sector.

• Installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and servicing of VRF & CHILLER systems.

• Perform all kinds of mechanical and electrical maintenance work personally when required, acting as a technical resource for the team.

• Track project warranty and free-service expiration periods, proactively notifying clients and scheduling check-ups.

• Arrange for the necessary purchase of spare parts, tools, and equipment related to maintenance and repairs when required.

## Sales & Client Relations

• Draft, present, and follow up on professional service offers and maintenance contracts for potential clients.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

## Technical Coordination & Support

• Coordinate directly with the principal manufacturer's engineers for commissioning, high-level troubleshooting, warranty claims, and technical guidance.

• Ensure all HVAC installations and repairs comply with principal product standards.

• Communicating with principal for FOC spare parts, coordination with commercial and other departments for flawless import process of those spare parts and finally be always updated about changes in machine and spare parts inventory.

## Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: B.Sc./Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

• Experience: Proven hands-on experience in the HVAC sector is preferrable, specifically with central air conditioning systems and minimum 5 years experience.

• Skills: Strong electrical troubleshooting skills, commercial acumen (for sales/offers), and excellent proficiency in MS Office/Excel.

• Communication: Fluency in English and Bengali with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

## Work Schedule:

• Standard Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

• Flexibility: Must be flexible to work outside standard hours or on weekends whenever emergency maintenance or priority client jobs arise.

## Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: Maximum 40000 BDT (will be fixed based on candidate’s qualification & experience)

• Benefits: Festival Bonus, Employee Welfare DPS Fund, Mobile Bill, Conveyance.

• After 6 Months probation period, job will be permanent based on performance evaluation.
