Responsibilities & Context:

Messrs. Masrur Food Products is a fast-growing FMCG company specializing in high-quality chanachur and snack products. Our mission is to deliver fresh, tasty, and affordable snacks to customers across Bangladesh through a strong distribution network.

Job Responsibilities

• Visit retail shops, grocery stores, tea stalls, confectionery shops, and wholesale markets to generate sales.

• Promote and sell the company's chanachur and snack products.

• Develop new market areas and onboard new retail customers.

• Ensure product availability and proper product display in retail outlets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.

• Achieve monthly sales, coverage, and collection targets.

• Collect customer feedback and monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and activities.

• Introduce new products and promotional offers to customers.

• Collect payments as per company policy.

• Submit daily visit reports, sales reports, and market feedback to the supervisor.
  
  

Additional Requirements

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Honest, hardworking, disciplined, and target-oriented.

• Must know Mirpur and nearby market areas.

• Ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory.

• Must be able to build long-term relationships with retailers.

• Smartphone users will be preferred for reporting purposes.
