Responsibilities & Context:
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key client contacts.
- Sales Growth: Spot opportunities to upsell (sell higher-end products) and cross-sell (sell complementary products) to boost revenue.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate business terms, pricing, and contracts with key clients.
- Internal Coordination: Work with marketing, sales, and support teams to make sure client needs are met on time.
- Problem Solving: Resolve client complaints or order issues quickly and smoothly.
- Reporting: Track account activities, analyze sales data, and share regular updates with management.
