• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, POS software, Reporting)
• Smart, presentable, and customer-focused personality
• Preference will be given to those with experience in selling Pakistani dresses.

• Ensure smooth and efficient daily showroom operations

• Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth objectives

• Supervise and monitor sales executives (15-20) persons activities

• Maintain excellent customer service and customer satisfaction standards

• Monitor product display, visual merchandising, and showroom presentation

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports

• Maintain stock accuracy and coordinate with warehouse/store department

• Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions

• Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and professional environment inside showroom

• Monitor staff attendance, duty roster, grooming, and performance

• Coordinate with management regarding sales strategy and operational issues

• Ensure proper cash handling and billing procedures

• Maintain security and safety compliance inside showroom

• Conduct team briefing and motivate employees to improve performance

• Support promotional campaigns and marketing activities for sales growth

• Salary Review: Yearly
• Festival Bonus: 2
