Responsibilities & Context:
o Respond to customer inquiries through social media, email, live chat, and messaging platforms.
o Provide accurate product information and assist customers in making purchasing decisions.
o Convert online inquiries into confirmed sales.
o Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by management.
o Identify and engage potential customers through online channels such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and e-commerce platforms.
o Process and confirm customer orders.
