Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

The Deputy Manager/Manager – Sales will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business growth, increase market share, and strengthen customer relationships. The incumbent will lead and motivate the sales team, monitor market trends, and ensure the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational sales objectives.

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to ensure optimum performance.

  • Prepare and execute sales plans, territory management, and customer development strategies.

  • Monitor daily sales activities and ensure achievement of assigned sales targets.

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's customer base.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, wholesalers, retailers, hospitals, pharmacies, and key clients.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to recommend appropriate business strategies.

  • Conduct regular field visits to monitor sales operations and provide coaching to team members.

  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, performance reports, and market intelligence reports.

  • Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, finance, and other departments to ensure smooth business operations.

  • Organize sales meetings, training programs, and performance reviews for the sales team.

  • Ensure proper implementation of company policies, sales processes, and compliance standards.

  • Resolve customer complaints and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
