• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Software Sales, SaaS Sales, ERP/CRM Sales, Business Development, or IT Solution Selling.

• Strong understanding of software development services, SDLC, SaaS, ERP, CRM, AI solutions, and digital transformation.

• Proven experience in B2B sales, proposal preparation, client acquisition, and deal closing.

• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

• Experience with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and online lead-generation platforms is preferred.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business consulting skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in:

• Local and International B2B software sales

• ERP, CRM, HRM, POS, Accounting, Inventory, or eCommerce solutions

• Al-assisted sales and productivity tools,

• Software project estimation, SaaS pricing models, and enterprise solution consulting

Location: Gulshan-Badda Link Road, Dhaka

Salary: BDT 40,000-50,000 (Negotiable)
