Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in Laravel and React.js or next.js development.

• Strong knowledge of PHP 8+, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend development.

• Experience with REST APIs, OAuth, Webhooks, third-party integrations, and API documentation.

• Strong understanding of MySQL/PostgreSQL, database optimization, caching, queues, and performance tuning.

• Hands-on experience with Docker, Git/GitHub, Linux environment, and cloud platforms.

• Familiarity with AI/LLM integration and modern Al-assisted development tools.

• Good understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, software architecture, and design patterns.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in:

• Multi-tenant SaaS applications

• ERP, CRM, HRM, POS, Accounting, Inventory, or eCommerce systems

• AI/LLM integration and Al agent Development

• Automated Testing (PHPUnit, Pest, Jest)

• AWS, DigitalOcean, Docker Compose, CI/CD, and DevOps

• Open-source contributions or an active GitHub portfolio

Job Overview

Taskco Digital is looking for a talented and passionate Mid-Level Full Stack Engineer to join our software development team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Laravel, React.js or Vue.js, API development, database design, and modern software engineering practices. You will work on SaaS platforms, ERP systems, Al-powered applications, eCommerce solutions, and custom software for local and international clients.

We are looking for someone who is technically strong, eager to learn, business-oriented, and capable of delivering scalable, high-quality software while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Laravel (PHP 8+), React.js, Next.js, and Python

• Build and integrate RESTful APIs, third-party services, payment gateways, and external SaaS platforms.

• Develop Al-powered features by integrating LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar services.

• Design and optimize MySQL/PostgreSQL databases, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.

• Develop and enhance ERP, CRM, HRM, eCommerce, and other business management modules.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following OOP, MVC, SOLID, and best development practices.

• Work with Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps workflows.

• Collaborate with Product, UI/UX, QA, Project Management, and Business teams throughout the SDLC.

• Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing, performance optimization, and technical documentation.

• Utilize Al-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, etc.) to improve productivity and code quality.

Salary: BDT 40,000-50,000 (Negotiable)
