Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance with both Manual and Automated Testing.

• Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and software quality best practices.

• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, PHPUnit, or similar automation frameworks.

• Experience preparing SRS, PRD, BRD, user stories, process flows, and functional documentation.

• Familiarity with REST APIs, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP/Laravel, and enterprise software architecture.

• Experience with Git, GitHub, Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or similar project management tools.

• Basic knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Linux, cloud platforms (AWS, DigitalOcean), and deployment workflows.

• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in:

• ERP, CRM, HRM, POS, Accounting, Inventory, eCommerce, or SaaS applications

• Business Analysis, REquirement Analysis and Technical Project Coordination

• Al-assisted software testing and Al-powered development workflows

• DevOps practices, cloud infrastructure, and release management

Job Overview

Taskco Digital is looking for a proactive and experienced Senior QA Engineer who can contribute beyond traditional software testing. This role combines Manual & Automated Testing, Al-assisted QA, Business Analysis, SRS/PRD preparation, and Project Coordination to ensure high-quality software delivery throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for web applications, APIs, mobile applications, and enterprise software.

• Perform functional, regression, integration, API, usability, cross-browser, performance, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, PHPUnit, or similar frameworks.

• Utilize Al-powered QA tools to improve test automation, bug analysis, documentation, and overall testing efficiency.

• Gather and analyze business requirements and prepare SRS, PRD, BRD, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.

• Coordinate with Product, Development, UI/UX, QA, and Business teams throughout the SDLC.

• Participate in client meetings, requirement analysis, sprint planning, release planning, and project coordination.

• Validate business requirements, manage defect tracking, and ensure end-to-end quality assurance.

• Support CI/CD pipelines, deployment verification, staging validation, and release readiness.

• Prepare QA reports, project documentation, release notes, and quality metrics.

• Utilize Al tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Claude, etc.) to improve testing, documentation, business analysis, and productivity.

Salary: BDT 50,000-60,000 (Negotiable based on experience & performance)
