Job Responsibilities

●       Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using PHP and Laravel.

●       Design and implement scalable backend systems following best coding practices.

●       Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.

●       Design, optimize, and maintain MySQL databases.

●       Implement Repository Design Pattern and other software design principles where appropriate.

●       Develop and integrate RESTful APIs.

●       Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications.

●       Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, and other team members.

●       Participate in code reviews and contribute to software architecture discussions.

●       Maintain proper documentation and follow version control best practices.

Educational Requirements

●       Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), Software Engineering, Information Technology (IT), or a related discipline.

●       Candidates with strong practical skills and relevant experience may also be considered.

Experience Requirements

●       2–3 years of professional experience in PHP/Laravel development.

Required Skills

●       Strong fundamentals of PHP.

●       Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).

●       Solid knowledge of MySQL database design, relationships, indexing, and query optimization.

●       Experience working with Laravel Framework.

●       Practical experience implementing the Repository Design Pattern.

●       Strong JavaScript fundamentals.

●       Good working experience with jQuery.

●       Experience with Git version control.

●       Understanding of REST APIs and JSON.

●       Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Skills

●       Experience with React.js.

●       Knowledge of modern frontend development.

●       Understanding of software architecture and design patterns.

●       Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodology.

Compensation & Benefits
