Required Skills (Must Have)

• Must have strong experience in PHP Laravel Framework
• Strong expertise in PHP & Laravel Framework
• Full Stack Development Experience
• MySQL / Database Design & Optimization

Server & Hosting Knowledge (Must Required):

• cPanel / WHM
• VPS management
• Linux basic commands
• Domain, DNS & SSL configuration
• Deployment & server troubleshooting

RESTful API development

Git / Version Control

Additional Skills (Preferred)

• JavaScript Frameworks (Vue.js / React.js – basic to intermediate)
• Bootstrap / Tailwind CSS
• Experience with foreign clients or international projects

Duty Schedule

• Shift: Day & Night (Roster-based)

• Weekly Off: 1 day (Roster-wise)

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full stack web applications using PHP Laravel (core backend)

• Work directly under a foreign boss following international standards

• Build, manage, and secure RESTful APIs

• Handle database design, optimization, and maintenance

• Develop frontend components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript

• Manage server deployment, hosting, and basic DevOps tasks

• Debug, test, optimize performance, and ensure security

• Support and maintain foreign project applications

Salary Negotiable: ৳50,000 - ৳120,000 (Based on experience & skills)
