The National Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the company's nationwide sales and marketing operations for air conditioners, refrigerators, and home appliances. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, expanding market share, strengthening the dealer and distribution network, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving the company's business objectives.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement national sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue, profit, and market share targets.
  • Prepare annual business plans, sales forecasts, budgets, and marketing plans.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage regional sales managers, area sales managers, and the nationwide sales team.
  • Establish sales targets and monitor performance to ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives are achieved.
  • Expand and strengthen the dealer, distributor, retail, and modern trade network across the country.
  • Develop business opportunities in retail, wholesale, corporate, institutional, and project sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, developers, contractors, consultants, and key corporate clients.
  • Develop pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, dealer incentive programs, and trade marketing initiatives.
  • Plan and execute product launches for air conditioners, refrigerators, televisions, washing machines, microwave ovens, kitchen appliances, and other home appliances.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, consumer behavior, and pricing to identify growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with supply chain, procurement, production, finance, and customer service departments to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure effective inventory management and demand forecasting to minimize stock shortages and overstock situations.
  • Work closely with the after-sales service team to improve customer experience and warranty support.
  • Manage national advertising, digital marketing, branding, exhibitions, dealer conferences, and promotional events.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, and annual business plans with key distributors and retail partners.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate sales and marketing personnel to build a high-performing team.
  • Monitor sales performance using KPIs and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the sales and marketing budget to maximize return on investment.
  • Identify new market segments and business opportunities to drive sustainable growth.
  • Perform other responsibilities assigned by senior management.
