Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for some proactive and target-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to oversee sales operations within the assigned area and ensure strong market execution across its Spice & Agro product portfolio including spices, muri, chira, mango bar, mustard oil, and other agro-based food products.
Responsibilities:
Oversee sales operations within the assigned area
Supervise TSMs and sales team members
Ensure achievement of monthly and yearly sales targets
Expand distribution coverage and improve market penetration
Conduct market analysis and prepare sales reports
Maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers
Implement company sales strategies effectively
