Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP/Accounting Software will be an added advantage.
Strong ability to prepare and analyze Stock Reconciliation, Consumption Reports, Costing, Factory Expenses, Inventory Reports, and Accounts MIS.

Quality Flour & Agro Industries Ltd. is seeking an experienced, responsible, and result-oriented professional for the position of Factory Manager (Store & Accounts) to manage and control the factory’s Store, Inventory, Accounts, and related financial and administrative activities.
The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring accurate inventory control, proper receiving and issuing of raw materials and finished products, stock reconciliation, factory-level accounting, documentation, cost monitoring, and timely reporting. The position will work closely with Production, Purchase, Sales, Warehouse, Finance & Accounts, Quality Control, and Management to ensure effective control of factory operations and minimize financial and inventory-related risks.
Take overall responsibility for the Store, Inventory Control, Factory Accounts, Cost Control, and related financial documentation of the factory.
Establish and maintain effective inventory control for Paddy, Wheat, Maize, Mustard, Rice, Atta, Maida, Bran, Suji, Packaging Materials, Spare Parts, Fuel, and other factory materials.
Ensure proper receiving, weighing, quality verification, storage, issuance, transfer, and dispatch of all raw materials and finished products according to approved procedures.
Verify all incoming raw materials against Purchase Orders, Delivery Challans, Weighment Records, Quality Specifications, and Supplier Documents before acceptance.
Maintain accurate and updated Stock Registers, Bin Cards, GRNs, Issue Vouchers, Transfer Notes, Gate Passes, Delivery Challans, and other inventory records.
Monitor daily Opening Stock + Receipts – Consumption/Issue – Dispatch = Closing Stock and ensure proper reconciliation between physical stock and ERP/book records.
Maintain strict control over Paddy and Wheat receiving, storage, consumption, production yield, recovery, wastage, and closing stock.
Monitor the movement and stock of Rice, Atta, Maida, Bran, Suji, and other finished products from production through storage to final dispatch.
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality Control, Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, and Head Office Accounts to ensure accurate and timely recording of all transactions.
Verify Purchase Bills, Supplier Invoices, GRNs, Weighment Sheets, Quality Reports, Delivery Documents, and Supporting Vouchers before forwarding them for approval and payment.
Maintain proper records of Factory Expenses, Petty Cash, Advances, Utility Expenses, Labour Expenses, Maintenance Expenses, Transport Expenses, and other approved operating costs.
Monitor and analyze Material Consumption, Production Cost, Wastage, Yield, Inventory Valuation, and Factory Operating Expenses.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly Store & Factory Accounts MIS Reports covering stock, consumption, purchase, production, dispatch, expenses, and financial position.
Conduct regular Physical Stock Verification and Surprise Stock Checks and reconcile physical stock with ERP, ledger, and store records.
Immediately report any Stock Shortage, Excess Stock, Wastage, Pilferage, Unauthorized Issue, Accounting Discrepancy, or Unexplained Variance to Management.
Ensure that no Raw Material, Finished Product, Spare Part, Packaging Material, or Company Asset is received, issued, transferred, or dispatched without proper authorization and supporting documentation.
Monitor Minimum and Maximum Stock Levels and coordinate with Purchase and Production to prevent stock-outs or unnecessary inventory accumulation.
Maintain effective controls over Store Access, Inventory Movement, Stock Custody, Document Flow, and Authorization Procedures.
Ensure proper identification, stacking, preservation, and safe custody of Paddy, Wheat, Rice, Atta, Maida, Packaging Materials, Spare Parts, and other inventories.
Coordinate with Production to analyze Standard Consumption vs. Actual Consumption, Production Yield, Recovery Percentage, and Process Losses.
Assist Management in Product-wise and Production-wise Cost Analysis, including raw materials, packaging, labour, utilities, transportation, and other factory costs.
Ensure proper accounting and supporting documentation for Stock Transfers, Departmental Issues, Production Consumption, Finished Goods Transfers, Returns, Adjustments, and Write-offs.
Ensure all Cash and Non-Cash Factory Transactions are properly authorized, recorded, documented, and reconciled.
Maintain proper records and supporting documents for Internal Audit, External Audit, Statutory Audit, Management Review, Tax/VAT, and other regulatory requirements.
Submit all required Store, Inventory, Costing, Accounts, and Management Reports to Head Office within the prescribed timelines.
Supervise Store and Accounts personnel, assign duties, monitor performance, maintain discipline, and ensure proper accountability and segregation of responsibilities.
Ensure proper segregation between Receiving, Storing, Issuing, Recording, Verification, and Authorization to minimize the risk of errors, fraud, and misuse.
Maintain strict confidentiality of the company’s Purchase Prices, Stock Position, Production Cost, Financial Information, Supplier Information, Customer Information, and Business Records.
Immediately escalate any Financial Loss, Material Shortage, Suspected Fraud, Unauthorized Transaction, Major Accounting Discrepancy, Operational Disruption, or Significant Inventory Risk to Management.
Ensure compliance with the company’s approved Store Management, Inventory Control, Financial Control, Procurement, Accounting, Authorization, and Internal Control Policies.
Take preventive and corrective measures to minimize Inventory Loss, Wastage, Unauthorized Usage, Accounting Errors, Excess Stock, and Unnecessary Factory Expenses.
Maintain effective coordination among Store, Accounts, Purchase, Production, Sales, Quality Control, Warehouse, Logistics, and Head Office Finance.
Provide Management with accurate and timely information regarding Stock Position, Purchase Requirements, Production Consumption, Product Dispatch, Working Capital, Cost, and Factory Profitability.
Remain accountable for the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and integrity of all Store and Factory Accounts records under his/her supervision.
Perform any other Store, Inventory, Accounts, Cost Control, Financial Reporting, Internal Control, and Factory Administration responsibilities assigned by Management.
