Excellent writing, interpersonal & high-level communication skills are required;
Should have good knowledge on MS-Office applications & Internet;
Responsibilities & Context:
Electro Mart Ltd. (EML), a largest Business house in Bangladesh, having been continuing its business as a manufacturer, Importer and Marketer of wide range of electronic home appliances & durables like Air Conditioners, Refrigerators, LED, Washing Machines, Microwave Ovens, Ceiling Fan, Water Purification Systems, Kitchen Appliances, etc. having different international brands e.g. KONKA, GREE, HAIKO etc. is now searching for qualified and experienced individual for the following positions for its Retail (Showroom) Sales Department throughout the country:
Department: Retail (Showroom) Sales & Operation
Key Responsibilities:
To work as a team member to administer operations of company’s own showrooms around your area / zone.
Report directly to Sr. Manager- Retail Sales & Operation/ National Sales Manager-Retail Sales & Operation.
To supervise and monitor the day-to-day activities of company owned showrooms in your zone.
To execute Skill Development Training as well as Product Training for Showroom Personnel.
To arrange and develop the product display in each showroom for better merchandising.
Ready to take the challenge to fulfill the Weekly and Monthly Sales Target given by the management.
To perform internal audit of showroom activities.
To work for showroom expansions in potential areas in your zone.
To prepare monthly and terminal reports of various showroom activities.
Should be prepared for frequent travelling in different locations of showrooms under your covered area.
Job Location: Should be prepared to work at any place in Bangladesh.
